I love the bikini body camp too! I lost 20 lbs b4 and I had a baby in November, so I am back in the program! :)
I am 44 and have been using the Bikini Body Camp dvd's both of them and I love them and find them a challenge everyday, I recently purchased the Ultimate Bikini Body dvd and the 20 minute makeover dvd. I love them as well and find the Ultimate dvd to be hard but I still do it because she challenges me. I have a better body now than I did when I was a teenager. I have noticed how many overweight teens walking around when I pick up my son from high school, it makes me feel better knowing I look better than some teens. I tell every friend about these dvd's because who can't spend 20/30 minutes doing something that's good for you and makes you feel good about yourself. We sit on the couch watching TV for more than 30 min. just cut some of that time out. I challenge you to find 30 min. that you can devote to your health and well being, I challenge you to make up an excuse to say I don't have 30 minutes. Do it, it will change your life, it has changed mine. =)
I can't wait to get the new dvd Get Lean, because I like to change up my workouts daily, it helps to not get bored. One thing I wish they would put in these dvd's is what body part your working and what you hope to achieve while doing it, some exercises I am not exactly sure what parts I am working. I think educating your viewers on what the particular exercise is for would make it not so mysterious. It would actually make us think to ourselves "hmmm ok I get it now, I need work on that." The beauty of these dvd's is they work many body parts at once, they don't waste time. I am totally drenched every time I do one of these work outs even though I have been doing them for years. They are still a challenge for me. I motivate myself to do these everyday by saying to myself am I happier now or when I had 20lbs on me. I am happier now, thus I work out everyday. My body mass index is in the 30's and I have medical problems. Do you have a suggestions on how I can get some help to lose weight and tone up? I am on long term disability and not gettomg paid right now, do you have any sugggestion. HELP!!
